BREDO has experienced a continuous expansion of its scope of work since its establishment in 2015. Operating in South Somalia, specifically in the states of Hirshabelle, South West, Jubaland, and the Banadir regions, the organization is actively engaged in relief, recovery, and developmental programs. Its efforts aim to address the needs and challenges of these regions, contributing to the overall well-being and development of the communities.
BREDO has implemented targeted malnutrition treatment programs for children under five, pregnant women, and lactating mothers.

The Food and Security sector focuses on ensuring that individuals and communities have consistent access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food to lead active and healthy lives.
WASH
The construction or rehabilitation of wells, boreholes, and water pipelines to enhance the availability of clean water.
Protection
BREDO has set up safe spaces for women and girls who are survivors or at risk of GBV.
Education
BREDO has implemented teacher training initiatives to improve the quality of education in Baidoa.
